Pellagic Food Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. is located right in Sorina Apartments on the 1st Main Road. This is the 7th Block of Koramangala, so you can imagine how much traffic we have to deal with every single day. Most of us just walk to the office or take a scooty because finding a parking spot for a car is almost impossible around here. Our office is not some big glass building; it is a regular apartment setup where we handle all our food ingredient work. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to keep track of what is coming in and what is going out. It gets pretty noisy in the afternoons when the shops downstairs are busy. The 7th block has everything you need though, so we usually grab lunch at a nearby stall. We have been in this spot for a while now and most people in the building know us. Sometimes the elevator stops working and we have to take the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We focus on the daily tasks like checking bags and making sure the orders are correct. It is just a few of us here making sure the work gets done. We don't have fancy furniture or anything, just desks and chairs and a lot of paperwork. The Sorina Apartments have seen better days but it works for what we do.
