Our place is over at 19 3rd Phase on 5th Main in the Peenya Industrial Area. It’s right near the Uco Bank, so it’s not too hard to find if you know the area. Being in Peenya means there is always a lot of noise and movement around us, which we've grown used to over the years. Ripple Technologies Engineering Services is where we spend most of our time. It’s an engineering shop, so it’s usually got that smell of metal and oil. We aren’t a big operation with a bunch of suits. It’s mostly just us in our work gear handling the machines and the drawings. Some days are longer than others, especially when a machine acts up or a deadline is looming. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we're there. We focus on the tasks at hand and try not to overcomplicate things. The traffic in Peenya can be a real headache in the evenings, but we’re here early every morning to beat it. We’ve been part of this industrial community for a while. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s a practical way to make a living. We just do the engineering work that needs doing and try to keep the equipment running smooth. It’s not always pretty, but it’s real work. That’s about it for us really, just getting on with it.
