We are set up over at 704 Anjanpura Layout, right in the heart of Anjanpura 8th Block. Pawan Real Estate Agency has been operating out of this neighborhood for a while, and we’ve seen the blocks fill up slowly. The office is just a basic room with a couple of tables and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. Being in the 8th Block means we are right where a lot of the new stuff is happening. It’s a quiet area compared to the city center, which is something we actually enjoy. Most of our day is spent looking at maps of the layout or walking around to see different sites nearby. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the local area well. The walls have some old posters and property lists pinned up. It’s not the kind of place with a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. We just offer a seat and talk about what’s available in the layout. Sometimes it’s slow, and we just sit and watch the construction happening down the road. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just driving through the 8th Block. It feels like a small community here, and we like being part of that. We just do our work, talk to the folks who stop by, and go home when the sun goes down. There isn't much more to it than that. It is a steady life in a growing place.
