Pathi Properties

We are based out of Kengeri 469 and we have been looking at properties in this area for a long time. Pathi Properties is not a big fancy office with a lot of staff in suits. It is mostly just us dealing with land and houses around here. We spend a lot of our time walking through different plots and talking to people who want to sell or buy. It can get quite hot out there, especially in the afternoons, but that is part of the job. We know most of the streets in Kengeri by heart now. People come by to ask us what is happening with the prices or if we have heard about any new plots. We try to give them a straight answer without any of the usual sales talk you hear. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes and it takes up a lot of our mornings. We have a lot of maps and old files piled up on the desks. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We just take things as they come and try to help folks out. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We do not do a lot of advertising because we are usually too busy on the phone or out at a site. It is a slow and steady way to work and it suits us fine.
