You can find Paras Tea Agency over at No-167 on Rangaswamy Temple Street. We are tucked in near the Jain Temple in the Chickpet area. It is a very crowded part of town, always lots of people walking by. Our shop isn't very large, but we make do with the space we have. Chickpet is known for being busy, so we are used to the noise. We have been on this street for a long time. Most of the neighbors know us by now. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and see who comes in. The Jain Temple is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Sometimes the deliveries are hard to get through the narrow streets, but we manage. Paras Tea Agency is a small family-run kind of thing. We handle the tea ourselves and keep things organized as best as we can. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting bags and moving stuff around. We don't really take many breaks during the day. It is just the way we have always done it here. Rangaswamy Temple Street has a lot of history, and we are just one small part of it. We like the hustle of the market. It keeps us on our toes every single day. We don't need much more than this little spot near the temple.
