Paras Organics Pvt Ltd is based at D-119 on Anandilai Podar Marg. We are right by the T C Palya Gate. It’s an interesting spot because there is always something happening near the gate. We work with organic materials and chemicals, so our space has a specific kind of smell to it. It’s not bad, just different. The building is a standard industrial-looking place. We have a lot of drums and containers lined up. Most of our day is spent checking batches and writing down numbers in our ledgers. We aren't a high-tech corporate office with glass walls. We have regular desks and chairs that have been around for years. The road outside, Anandilai Podar Marg, can get quite congested during rush hour, so we try to get our shipping done early. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows what they have to do. We don’t really have big meetings or presentations. We just look at what orders came in and get to work. It’s a lot of physical work moving things around and making sure the storage temperatures are okay. T C Palya Gate is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We’ve been here for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s just a plain, hardworking business. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather is nice enough. It is a simple life for everyone working here.
