Panicker Real Estate

Panicker Real Estate is situated over in Marthahalli, specifically in the 4th E Block on 36th Cross. We are on the first floor of the DS Reddy Building on 21st Main Road. It’s a bit of a specific address, so we often have to give people directions over the phone to make sure they find the right stairs. The office itself is a practical space where we spend a lot of time talking to people about houses and land. Marthahalli is always crowded and moving fast, so it’s nice to have a spot on the first floor where it’s just a little bit quieter than the street below. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, surrounded by maps of the local area and files of different properties. Dealing with real estate means we spend a lot of time out of the office too, but the DS Reddy Building is where we always come back to. We’ve been around this part of town long enough to know the streets pretty well. We aren't trying to be a giant corporation with hundreds of offices. We are just a local team that knows this neighborhood and works out of this specific building. It’s a simple setup, and we prefer it that way because it lets us talk to people like regular neighbors.
