We’re located at number 21 in Electronic City. It’s a small office where we handle real estate stuff. There’s a lot of talk about plots and apartments around here since the area is always changing. We have a few desks and some maps on the wall so we can show people where different properties are located. It’s not a high-rise office with glass walls. It’s just a plain room where we meet people and talk about land. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out visiting sites to see how things look in person. Electronic City is always busy, so there’s always someone looking for a place to stay or an investment. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just tell people what we’ve seen and what the prices are like lately. Sometimes a deal goes through quickly, and other times it takes months of back and forth. That’s just the way the market is. We’ve been around this area long enough to know most of the streets and who owns what. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of agents. It’s just us doing the local work. It’s steady and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we even meet clients at a coffee shop if the office is too crowded with paperwork that day.
