Pai Refreshments

Pai Refreshments is situated at 26/1 near Ananda Rao Circle. If you know the area, you know how busy that circle gets with all the buses and cars. We are right in the thick of it. We start our day very early, long before the sun is up, to get things ready for the morning crowd. Most of our customers are people catching a bus or heading to work who need something quick. It’s a fast-moving place. You won't find anyone lingering for hours over a meal here. We serve things up hot and move on to the next person in line. The kitchen is always steaming and there’s usually a bit of a clatter from the dishes being washed. We don't have a lot of fancy decor, just some basic counters and places to stand or sit for a minute. The menu is small because we prefer to focus on a few things that we can make quickly. Sometimes we run out of the most popular items by mid-morning. The staff has been here for years, and they can handle the rush without getting too flustered. We don't do any big advertising. People just know we're here because of the location. It’s a noisy, busy, and honest little spot. We’ve seen the circle change a lot over the years, but we just keep doing what we do every day at 26/1.
