Our office is situated along Kanakapura Road, right near the S V Road junction. If you know this part of the city, you know how much the traffic has increased over the last few years. We spend most of our time talking to people about land, houses, and different buildings around here. Dealing with property means we are often out on the road, checking out sites or meeting folks at different corners. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to sit down and go through the details of various exchanges. We see all kinds of people, some looking for their first home and others just trying to move things around. Kanakapura Road is a big stretch with a lot of new developments, so there is always something happening. S V Road is also a busy spot which makes it easy for clients to drop in when they are passing by. We don’t really do big advertisements; mostly it’s just people hearing about us from others in the neighborhood. Some days are slow where we just sit and drink tea, and other days we are running around from morning till night. It takes a lot of patience to get the paperwork right for these property deals. We just take it one day at a time and try to help people figure out their property needs without making it too complicated.
