We are based in the Sukanya Complex over in Geddalahalli, right near the N N Complex. It’s a busy little area, and our office is usually full of maps and papers spread out on the desks. Padmavathi Real Estate Agency isn't a big firm with hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us who know this neighborhood and the surrounding streets really well. We spend a lot of our time walking around, looking at plots, and talking to owners. Buying or selling a house or some land is a big deal for people, and they usually come to us because we don't sugarcoat things. We tell them what the problems might be with a title or if a price is just too high for the area. The office can get a bit messy with all the files, but we know where everything is. We don't do much online marketing or anything like that. Most of our business comes from people walking in or hearing about us from a neighbor. It’s a lot of talking and waiting for paperwork to come through from the government offices. Sometimes things take longer than they should, and we have to explain that to frustrated clients. It's just the way the business works here. We try to be honest and keep things moving as much as we can. It’s not always easy, but we’ve built a reputation just by being here every day and answering the phone when people call.
