Our office is located at 201 Infantry Road in the AECS Layout area. We are specifically on the second floor of the Kedia Arcade building. Being in this part of the city for several years has given us a good look at how things change around here. We mostly spend our time dealing with property matters and helping people figure out where they want to live or set up shop. It is a busy street outside, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. The office itself is quite simple and doesn't have any of those fancy modern decorations you see in the big corporate buildings downtown. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders filled with paperwork. Most of our day is spent talking to folks who walk in or answering the phone when someone has a question about a local plot or a rental. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. People around here know where to find us if they need help with real estate stuff. We just try to be honest and get the work done without making it too complicated. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything is handled the right way. We know the local streets and the buildings quite well because we’ve been sitting in this same spot for so long now.
