P M Real Estate is based out of 731 Ragihalli Janta Colony. We are over in Lalji Pada, specifically the 11th Block off New Link Road. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something going on outside our door. We deal with local property stuff, helping people find places or sort out their paperwork. It isn't a high-rise office with a view; it's a small place where we keep our files and meet with folks. The New Link Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we often find ourselves staying late to avoid the mess. Our office has a couple of old chairs and a desk that’s seen better days, but it serves us well. We know the 11th Block inside and out because we’ve been here for so long. Most of our clients are people from around here who just want an honest talk about their options. We don't use big words or try to sell any one on things they don't need. It’s just about being helpful and knowing the local market. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors while discussing some land or a house. It’s a very local way of doing things. We prefer it that way instead of being stuck in a cold, modern office somewhere else. The building itself is old, but it has character and everyone knows where to find us. We take things one day at a time here in the colony and hope the business keeps going fine.
