Oysters Real Assets

Our setup at Oysters Real Assets is located at number 45 on the Magadi Main Road in the Kamakshipalya area. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the road is almost always packed with traffic and people moving about. We also have a presence around St Marks Road, which is a completely different vibe, much more central and high-end. Handling assets in these different areas keeps us on our toes because the markets are so different. One day we are dealing with a small shop on Magadi Road, and the next we might be looking at something near the city center. The office is a practical space where we keep all our records and meet with people who need help with their property portfolios. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just show you the facts and the figures. It’s a lot of manual work, checking titles and making sure the boundaries are correct. We’ve spent many hours standing in the sun at various sites, just making sure everything is as it should be. The office at 11 on the main road is where we retreat to when the weather gets too much. It’s a simple operation, run by people who have been in this trade for a long time. We don't claim to be the biggest, but we definitely know our way around these streets and the local property laws.
