We are located on Hosur Road, right near the Hombe Gowda School. Being on 9th Cross makes it easy to find us if you know the school. Real estate is what we do every day. Most of the morning is spent answering calls or looking at new listings. We show people houses and apartments around this part of town. Sometimes people are looking to rent and other times they want to buy. It’s a lot of driving around in the traffic. Hosur Road is always jammed, so we spend a lot of time in the car. Our office is small and usually has a few maps on the wall. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just sit across the desk and talk about prices. Finding a good place for someone is hard work because everyone wants something different. Some days we don't find anything that fits. Other days we get lucky. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New buildings go up all the time. We try to keep track of who is selling what. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes. We also help with the basic paperwork once a deal is made. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. There's usually a bit of dust in the office from the main road, but we don't mind it much. It’s just part of the routine.
