Oni Properties

We operate out of the National Games Housing Complex in Koramangala. It’s a pretty well-known area, especially with the Maruti Mandir nearby. Working at Oni Properties usually means we are out and about more than we are sitting at our desks. The office is really just a base where we keep our files and meet up to plan the day. Koramangala is always changing, so there is always something to keep track of. We deal with houses and flats mostly. People come to us when they are looking for a place to stay or if they have a spot they want to rent out. It’s a lot of walking through different buildings and showing rooms. The housing complex here is quite large, so we’re never too far from the action. We’ve got a couple of old computers and a printer that acts up sometimes, but it gets the job done. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just talk to people, see what they need, and try to find a match. Sometimes it’s a quick process, other times it takes weeks of looking around. We know the streets around the temple like the back of our hand by now. It’s a good neighborhood to be in, even if the traffic gets a bit much on the weekends. We just keep things simple and do our work. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t need a map anymore. It’s just how we spend our time and earn a living.
