Om Sri Sai Tours And Travels is located at 56 Marathahalli 8th E Main in the 4th Block. We are in the Lakshman Reddy Building, which is right opposite the Intel office. It is a very crowded spot because of all the tech workers and the big buses passing by. Our office is small and usually smells like incense in the morning. We have a couple of computers where we check the routes and book tickets for people wanting to go on vacation or just needing a ride to the airport. There are stacks of pamphlets on the table and a big clock on the wall that helps us keep track of the driver timings. Since we are near Intel, it is always noisy outside, and people are constantly rushing past the door. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the car drivers and making sure they know the pickup points. It can be stressful when there is a lot of traffic or a vehicle breaks down, but we just pick up the phone and try to fix it. We don't use any complicated software, just simple lists and schedules. Sometimes customers come in just to sit in the shade for a minute and ask about the best way to get to the city center. We keep a bottle of water on the desk for anyone who needs it. It is just a busy local travel shop trying to keep things running.
