We set up Om Shree Thirumala Real Estate over on the 80 Feet Road in Banaswadi. We are at 31/6 in the 2nd stage area. If you know the Amogha Sagar Hotel, we are right near there. It is a busy road with a lot of cars going by all day. We spend most of our time talking to people about houses or plots nearby. The office is pretty basic. We have some maps on the wall and a few chairs for when people stop in to chat. We are not some big real estate firm with hundreds of agents. It is just a local office where we keep track of what is for sale or rent around Banaswadi. We have been here for a while, so we know most of the streets and the people who own the buildings around us. Sometimes we are out looking at properties, and other times we are just sitting in the office waiting for the phone to ring. It is a straightforward business. We do not use any fancy sales talk. People just want to know where they can live or set up a shop. We tell them what we know. The location near the hotel makes it easy for folks to find us when they are in the 2nd stage. It is just how we do things here. We just show the places that are available and talk about prices.
