Om Sai Ram Realtors is based at 236 Jeevan Bhima Nagar. This is where we run our real estate operations. It’s a fairly simple office setup. We have a few tables, some chairs for when people come to talk, and a lot of maps and property listings pinned up. Jeevan Bhima Nagar is a busy part of Bangalore, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend a lot of our time out of the office, actually, looking at houses or meeting people at different sites. But when we are here, we’re usually on the phone or sorting through paperwork. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who know the area well. We don’t use any high-pressure sales tactics or anything like that. We just show people what’s available and let them decide. The office isn't particularly fancy, it’s just a base for us to work from. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the files, but we know where everything is. People stop by to ask about rents or if there’s any land for sale nearby. We give them the information we have and take it from there. It’s a local business, and we treat it like one. We’ve been here long enough that people recognize the name. We just take it one day at a time, trying to help people find a place that fits.
