Nubridge Real Estate

We are located at 107 Udayanagara in the Nawabwada area. Nubridge Real Estate is a fairly small operation, mostly just a couple of us working out of this one office. We have been in this specific neighborhood for a bit now and we have seen it change quite a lot over the years. Real estate can be a bit of a headache depending on the day, but we stay at it because we know this area better than anywhere else. The office at 107 is not anything spectacular to look at, just a normal place for us to keep our files and meet up with people who are looking for a new place or trying to sell one. Nawabwada is an interesting part of town with a lot of history behind it. We like being based here. We do not have a big marketing department or any of that fancy stuff. We mostly just talk to people and help them figure out what their best options are. It is a lot of time spent on phone calls and walking around the blocks looking at different properties. Sometimes things move along very quickly, and other times they seem to take forever. That is just how this business works. We do not try to sugarcoat things for people. If a place has some issues, we just mention it. It is much easier to be honest from the start. We are just regular people doing a job.
