Nishitas Property

You can find Nishitas Property over in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. Our office is on the 2nd floor of a building at 698 A P Market Main Road. We are really close to the Amba Bajaj Showroom, which is probably the easiest way to explain where we are. Dealing with property in BTM is always an adventure because this area is so popular. We spend a lot of our time walking up and down stairs or driving around to show people different flats and spaces. The office is usually a bit messy with maps and rental agreements piled up. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. We’re just regular people trying to help other folks find a place to live or work. The market road outside is always buzzing with people and shops, so there’s never a dull moment. Sometimes we’re just sitting there waiting for the phone to ring, and other times we can’t even catch our breath. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new shops opening and old ones closing down. It’s a good community to be a part of. We like the fact that we can walk to get a good coffee or some tiffin just a few doors down. It’s a straightforward business, no hidden frills, just us doing our thing.
