We are working out of the office on Dickenson Road, right there on Andree Road in the S302 and S306 units. It’s a busy spot to be in, and there is always something going on with the real estate market around here. Most of the day is spent looking at listings and talking to people who are trying to find a new home or maybe sell the one they have. It’s a lot of data entry and checking details because if a phone number is wrong, nobody is happy. The office gets a bit hectic when the market is moving fast. We deal with a lot of different people, from landlords to first-time buyers who have a thousand questions. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at monitors, making sure the website has the right info for everyone. Sometimes we have to go out and check on things, but mostly we are right here on Dickenson Road. It’s a good location because it’s central, though getting through the traffic in the afternoons can be a bit of a struggle. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know how the local area works. We don’t do anything fancy, just make sure the property details get where they need to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth all day long. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always a backlog of stuff to finish up.
