Nimishamba Real Estate

Our office is located at 33 Ramachandrapuram P R Layout, right on the 1st Main Road in Seshadripur. It’s a small space, but it works for us. Nimishamba Real Estate has been around this part of Seshadripur for a long time. If you walk down 1st Main Road, you’ll see our door. It’s mostly just us sitting around talking to people about houses and land. We have maps pinned to the walls that are probably a bit out of date, but they still show the general idea of the layout. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first started. There are more buildings now and it’s gotten a lot noisier. Sometimes it’s hard to hear the person on the other end of the phone when the buses go by. We don't do anything fancy like big ads or billboards. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign or heard about us from a neighbor in Ramachandrapuram. We drink a lot of coffee while we wait for clients to show up. It’s a simple life here at number 33. We know most of the shopkeepers on this street. We spend our days looking through listings and making notes in old ledgers. It’s just how we do things at Nimishamba Real Estate. There is usually someone here from morning until the sun goes down. We keep the lights on and the door open for anyone passing by the layout.
