We have been operating out of 44 Sunkadakatte for quite a few years now. Our place is really easy to find because we are right near Krishna Bakery. If you know the area, you know that bakery is a big landmark for everyone around here. We mostly deal with local houses and plots of land in this part of town. It is not a very big office, just a simple room where we keep our files and meet people who are looking for a new place to live. My brother and I started this agency because we grew up in this neighborhood and know almost every street and corner. People often just drop in after buying their bread or snacks from the bakery to see what is available. It gets pretty busy on the weekends when more people have time to go out and look at properties. We try our best to keep things clear and tell people exactly what the situation is with a piece of land or a house. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than anyone wants, but that is just part of the job. We do not have any big signs or fancy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. Sunkadakatte has grown a lot, and we have been here to see all the new buildings go up. We just like helping people find a spot they can call home without making things complicated or stressful for them.
