We've been here in Koramangala for a bit now. Our office at 86/ A on Balrajeshwar Road is tucked right behind the Ganesh temple. It's a busy spot, usually sounds of bells and people walking by. We started Nidhi Realtors because we know this area inside out. It's not a fancy glass building or anything. Just a regular desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers. Usually, the fan is humming and we are drinking tea while talking to folks who drop in. Living and working here means we see the traffic change every day. It gets loud around the temple festivals, but that's just part of life here. We don't have a big team or a slick website. It is mostly just us handling things as they come. People know where to find us if they are looking for a place or want to sell something. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with all the files, but we know where everything is. The road gets a little dusty in the afternoons, but being behind the temple is peaceful in its own way. We keep the doors open most of the time. It is a straightforward setup. No complicated stuff. We just show up every morning, unlock the gate, and get to work. Most people who come by are from around here anyway. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot from this little spot on Balrajeshwar Road. It's just home for us and we like it.
