New Square Realtors

Our office for New Square Realtors is at 2 Austin Town, in a building called Nissan House. Austin Town is one of those neighborhoods that has a lot of history and character. Nissan House is a familiar landmark for the people who live around here. We have a small office inside that we've been using for a while. It’s not very big, just enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for when people stop by to talk. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and property listings on our screens. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the local kids playing or people heading to the shops. It’s a pretty lively area, especially in the evenings. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Our walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and some notes we've pinned up. Sometimes the plumbing in the building acts up, or the lights flicker, but that’s just part of being in an older place like this. We like being in Austin Town because it feels more like a community than a cold business district. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or walking to nearby properties to check on things for people. It’s a simple routine, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners on the street. It’s just us doing our thing at Nissan House. We try to keep things moving and see whoever walks in.
