New Era Mercantile Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Swastik Manandi Arcade on S.C. Road. We are specifically located in Flat No. F-3 on the first floor, in the 401/2 section. Being right across from the Sheshadripuram Police Station is a handy landmark for anyone trying to find us. The arcade is a busy place with a lot of different traders and small businesses all packed together. Our office is a bit of a maze of desks and filing cabinets. We’ve been here for several years now, and the space has slowly filled up with paperwork and samples. It’s not a shiny, modern office with glass walls. It’s more of a functional place where we focus on the daily tasks of a mercantile company. We deal with a lot of logistics and supply chains, so the phones are always ringing. Our team is small, and we’ve all been working together long enough that we don't need many meetings to stay on the same page. The floors are a little scuffed and the ceiling fans have been there since we moved in. S.C. Road is always loud and crowded, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We don't have any big marketing slogans or fancy brochures. We just do the work as it comes in and try to stay organized. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us sorting through invoices or talking to drivers. It’s a simple, honest business environment without any extra polish or fuss.
