New City Real Estate

Our office is right near the R S Palya bus stop in Kammanahalli. It is a small place at 137/6, but it works for what we need. Most of the time, we are out and about looking at different properties or meeting folks who are trying to find a place to stay or sell. Real estate in this part of the city keeps us on our toes. You can usually find one of us sitting at the desk if the door is open, though we might be on the phone for a while. We have been around this neighborhood long enough to know which streets get flooded when it rains and where the quiet spots are. It is not like those big corporate agencies you see in the city center. We just keep our files in order and try to help people figure out the paperwork, which can be a real headache sometimes. The bus stop nearby makes it easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from this side of town. We see the same faces every day waiting for the bus while we go about our business. It is a simple setup with a few chairs and some maps on the wall. We don't really do much in the way of fancy presentations. If you need to know about a plot or a house around Kammanahalli, we probably have some notes on it tucked away somewhere in the office.
