New 24X7 City Taxi operates out of the N S Complex, specifically on the 1st floor in Dayanand Nagar. We are right there at 2 Marathahalli 351st Cross. Being in Marathahalli means we are right in the middle of all the noise and the constant movement of people. Our office is basically a hub where we keep track of the cabs and the drivers who are out on the road at all hours. Since it’s a 24/7 thing, the lights never really go out here. Someone is always sitting by the radio or the phone, even in the middle of the night when the rest of the city is quiet. The 1st floor of the complex is a bit narrow, but it works for us. We have a few chairs for drivers to sit and rest between shifts. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of logistics and talking to people who need a ride. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once, but we manage to keep things moving. The N S Complex is a busy building with other shops around us, so there’s always foot traffic. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us well. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up with the pace of the city. We don’t use fancy software, just the stuff that works for us and helps us keep track of where the cars are.
