We’ve set up our small office at 55 Ashwath Nagar, over in Sector-17. We’re quite close to the Canara Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us when they’re out doing their errands. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, compared to some of the other parts of the city. We spend our days mostly on the computer or the phone, trying to sort out travel plans for people. Sometimes it’s just a simple car booking, other times it’s something more complicated like a long trip with multiple stops. We have a few old chairs in the front for people to sit and wait while we check the availability. It’s not a very big space, and we’ve got folders and papers piled up on the side. We try to keep it tidy, but things get messy when it’s busy. We like being in Ashwath Nagar because we know a lot of the people who live nearby. They stop in just to chat or ask about train times. We don't really do any big advertising, we just rely on people seeing our sign and coming in. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and we’ve been doing it like this for a while. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door and where they want to go, so we just take it as it comes.
