Nest Realtors is situated at 511 in the Kalyan Nagar area, specifically near Kala Killa. It is a decent spot to work from because the neighborhood has a good mix of everything. Our office is not very big, just enough room for the team to sit and handle the daily load of calls and meetings. We have some old posters on the walls and a carpet that has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. Most of our time is spent out and about looking at different houses and plots, so the office is mainly a place to recharge and get the typing done. We have a small pantry in the back where we make our own coffee, which saves us a lot of trips outside. The area around Kala Killa can get a bit congested in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before the worst of the traffic hits. We have a very casual atmosphere here; nobody wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a big meeting. We prefer to keep things relaxed so that people feel comfortable when they walk in to talk to us. It is just a small group of us working hard to keep everything moving. We have been in Kalyan Nagar for a while now and we have no plans of moving anywhere else anytime soon.
