Nest Hunters

At Nest Hunters, we spend most of our time looking for places for people to stay or set up shop. Our office is at No.18/2 on the 2nd floor, right by Shivananda Circle in the Hill Town Society area of Ram Nagar. If you know Shivananda Circle, you know it is always buzzing with people and vehicles going in every direction. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, though it’s mostly just watching the traffic crawl by. We have a lot of listings and files scattered around because people are always coming in asking about rents and deposits in the neighborhood. It is a small team here, and we usually take turns going out to show properties to clients. Finding a good house or office is not as easy as it sounds, so we spend a lot of time on the phone talking to owners and checking out different streets. The building we are in is older, but it serves its purpose well enough for what we do. We don't use any fancy software to track things, mostly just notebooks and our own knowledge of the local lanes. Sometimes people just walk in off the street because they saw our sign while waiting at the signal. It gets a bit hectic when several people want the same place at once, but we just handle it one person at a time. It's a busy life here in Ram Nagar.
