Neo Cabs operates out of 452 T Dasarahalli, right by the Marathon Max on LBS Marg. If you know that area, you know how hectic the traffic on LBS Marg can be at almost any hour of the day. Our office is basically a hub where we manage drivers and keep track of where the cars are. It’s not a fancy place at all. We have a few desks, some chargers for phones, and a whiteboard that’s usually covered in scribbles that only we can understand. The air usually smells a bit like car exhaust and tea. We spend a lot of our time dealing with schedules and listening to drivers talk about the road conditions. It’s a lot of coordination, and sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or an engine problem that throws everything off. We just deal with it as it happens. T Dasarahalli is a busy spot, and being near Marathon Max helps people find us easily enough. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We’re just a small group of people trying to run a cab service in a city that never seems to stop moving. Some days are long, starting before the sun is up, and we just keep the coffee flowing to stay awake. It’s regular, honest work, and we don't try to make it sound more exciting than it actually is. We’re just here to get people where they’re going.
