If you take the Magadi Road and turn off toward Hosahalli Village, you will eventually find us at Bhole Farms. It’s a bit of a trek out here, but we like the space we have. Neeram Oswal Beverages is basically a group of us working hard every day to keep things moving. The yard is usually full of crates and the sound of trucks coming and going. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is in this part of the country. We don’t have a big corporate office with air conditioning in every room. Usually, the windows are just open to let some air in while we check the inventory. It gets dusty, especially during the dry season, but we stay busy. People from the Vishwanaddem Post area know us well enough by now. We spend a lot of time just organizing the bottles and making sure the orders are lined up for the next morning. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. The farm around us is quiet, which is nice when the machines aren’t running. We don’t really do much advertising. People just find us by word of mouth or because they’ve seen our trucks on the road. We’re just trying to get through the work week like everyone else.
