You can find us at 274 Whitefield Ex Service Colony. We are on Dinnur Main Road, right near the 5th Cross. If you see the Vijaya Bank, you are basically there. This part of Whitefield has its own character and we have been part of it for a while now. We deal with real estate, mostly helping people find houses or apartments in this colony and the surrounding streets. It is a lot of coordination, making sure the keys are available and the owners are ready for a visit. We spend a good chunk of our time just driving or walking between properties. The market here is always moving, so we have to stay on our toes to know what is newly available. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who know the area well. We talk to people plainly and do not try to push anything they do not really want. Finding a home is a big deal for people, so we try not to add to their stress. Sometimes we have to deal with complicated paperwork, but that is just part of the job. We just show up every day, open the office, and see who needs help. It is a practical business and we like it that way. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in.
