Nandi Rice

Nandi Rice is located right at Rajajinagar 199. It is a very straightforward kind of place to work. We deal with rice every single day of the week. The bags are heavy and the floor is usually a bit dusty from all the grain moving around. We have been in the Rajajinagar area for a long time. We start our work very early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. By the time noon rolls around, it gets pretty hot inside the shop. We just keep moving the stock and stacking the bags. It is physical work and my hands are usually pretty dry from handling the rough sacks all day. We are not trying to be the biggest business or anything like that. We just sell rice to whoever needs it for their home. Some people come from far away across the city, while others just live around the corner. We know most of our regular customers by their names. Rajajinagar has changed a lot over the years, but we are still here doing the same thing. It is a steady life for us. We do not have a website. We just have the shop at number 199.
