We are located over at 11 Sanjay Nagar, specifically on the 1st Cross in the Vidyanagar area. Our office is situated right opposite the big water tank, so it is quite hard to miss if you are driving or walking through the neighborhood. Nandi Real Estate is a fairly small operation. It is mostly just a few of us sitting at our desks surrounded by various maps and lists of properties in the local area. We spend a lot of our time keeping track of who is selling their house and which plots of land might be available for lease. Vidyanagar is a place that we know very well because we have lived and worked around here for many years. The office is a bit plain and maybe a little dusty from the road outside, but it is the place where we handle all our business. We do not have any big marketing budgets or fancy digital presentations to show people. Usually, it is just a simple conversation over a cup of tea about what a buyer is looking for in a home. We walk around the 1st Cross quite a bit to check on the condition of different properties. The water tank is a useful landmark for people who are coming from other parts of the city. Traffic can be a bit slow on the main roads nearby, but the lanes in Sanjay Nagar are usually a bit quieter. We just try to help people find a spot that works.
