Nandhu Property

My name is Nandhu and this is my property office. We are located at 29 Marathahalli on Kalabhavan Ground Road. It’s right there in the Dandia Bazar area, which stays quite busy. This part of town gets really crowded on weekends, but it’s a good spot to be in if you’re looking for a house or a plot around here. I started Nandhu Property because I knew the area well and people kept asking me about which buildings were going up or who was selling what. It is mostly just me and a couple of guys helping out with the paperwork and showing people around. The office isn't much to look at, just a desk and some chairs for when people come in to talk about leases or buying something. Marathahalli has changed a lot since I first moved here years ago. There are so many new roads and shops now that it’s hard to keep track sometimes. We spend a lot of our day just walking around the neighborhood or driving to different sites to check on things. It can be a bit tiring with the heat and the noise from Dandia Bazar, but it’s what we do. We don’t use any of those big websites much, mostly just word of mouth and people seeing our sign on the road when they pass by. If you are walking down Kalabhavan Ground Road, you will see us. We are usually around during the day, unless we are out showing a property to someone. It's a simple life.
