Our small office is located at 18 Chikkadugodi, specifically on the 4th Main. Most locals know the area because of the Geeta School Road which is right nearby. We have been working in real estate around here for many years now. It isn’t like those big firms you see on TV with glass buildings and expensive suits. It’s just us and a few plastic chairs and a lot of maps of the local area. We spend most of our time talking to people and walking around the different blocks to see what is available. The road outside can get quite dusty, and when the school lets out, it’s full of kids and cycles. We know almost everyone on this street. Sometimes we help someone find a small room to stay in, or we might be looking at a larger piece of land for a developer. It’s a lot of paperwork and sometimes the government offices take forever to process things. We don't make big promises about getting the best prices or anything like that. We just tell people what the current market is like and let them decide for themselves. We have old files stacked up in the corner and a phone that never seems to stop ringing. If we aren't in the office, we are probably out showing a house to a family. It’s a simple way of doing business and it works for us.
