Nanda Estates

We are located at 4/A on Woc Road in the 1st Block of Jayanagar. If you know where the Karnataka Bank is, we are right across from them. Nanda Estates has been a part of this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a busy street, but we like being in the middle of things. Our office isn't very big, but it’s where we do all our thinking and planning. We don't use any fancy systems or have a lobby full of people. Usually, it's just one or two of us sitting here waiting for the phone to ring or a neighbor to walk through the door. We've seen every street in Jayanagar multiple times, especially this first block area. Property stuff can be a headache for people, so we just try to explain things in plain English. We don’t have any polished speeches prepared. We just tell you what we know about the local houses and shops. Being opposite the bank makes it really easy for clients to find us without getting lost. It’s a straightforward business. We show up every morning, drink our tea, and see who needs help with their real estate. We’ve been doing this long enough that we don’t need to shout about it. If you need a hand with anything property-related, you know where to find us on Woc Road. We stay open until the evening most days, so people can stop by after their banking is done. We keep a folder of local listings on the front desk for anyone to look through.
