We set up shop at 12/8A Electronic City, right in the Gulal Wadi area. Real estate around here is always moving fast because of all the tech parks and new people coming in. We’ve been handling properties in this part of town for a good bit of time now. It’s mostly about knowing which lanes go where and who is selling what. Electronic City can be a bit like a maze if you aren't used to it. We help people find houses or maybe a bit of land when they are looking to move closer to work. It’s not always easy dealing with all the legal bits and pieces, but we stay on top of it as much as we can. Gulal Wadi is a specific spot we know quite well. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just like working in our own corner. People drop by the office to ask about prices or just to see what’s available this week. We talk to a lot of different people, from young workers to families who have been here forever. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes there are delays with the titles or the buyers, but that is just the way the business works. We keep it simple and just focus on the properties right here in our local area. It is a lot of hard work, but we enjoy being part of the neighborhood growth.
