We are over at No. 410 on the 8th Main in ITI Layout, which is part of Mallathalli Nagarbhavi 2nd Stage. Our office is a small room where we keep all the property records and maps of the local area. Most of our time isn't actually spent in the office though. We are usually out on the road, meeting people at different plots or showing houses to families. Real estate in this part of Nagarbhavi has changed a lot since we started. We have a couple of desks and some plastic chairs for when clients come in to discuss paperwork. There is always a lot of talk about prices and locations and legal documents. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. We know the streets around ITI Layout very well. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult paperwork or long waits at the government offices. It’s just part of the process. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the neighborhood. People often drop by just to ask what the current rates are or if any new sites are opening up nearby. We try to give them the honest facts about what’s available. It’s a busy life, always on the phone or driving around, but being in Mallathalli for so long makes it feel like home. We just keep track of the listings and help out where we can.
