Naasa Real Estate is sitting at number 378 in Domlur. We are quite close to the Domlur Layout, which is a place we know inside and out. The office is a small, functional space where we handle all the property matters that come our way. It isn't a high-end suite with glass walls. We have a few desks and maps of the local area pinned to the walls. Most of our day is spent either talking to people who walk in or heading out to look at different sites. Domlur is a great area because it still feels like a neighborhood even though things are growing so fast. We have seen a lot of changes since we first moved into 378. New shops and houses seem to pop up every month. We just try to stay honest and tell people what we know about the market here. We don't have a big team of agents. It’s just a couple of us who have been doing this for years. We like the direct approach. No fancy brochures or polished sales pitches. We just show the property and answer the questions. Sometimes we are out of the office for hours, so the place stays quiet. But we are always around Domlur somewhere. It’s our home ground and we plan to keep working here as long as we can. It is just a normal office where we try to get things right for the people we meet.
