N R Engineers

N R Engineers is our engineering workshop in Peenya 2nd Stage. We are located at 72/33 on the 21st Cross. We are part of the Doddanna Industrial Estate, which is a big cluster of small factories. We have been here for many years. Our shop floor has some old machines like lathes and drills that have seen better days but still work perfectly fine. We do a lot of custom fabrication and repair work for machines. It is a dirty job with a lot of grease and metal dust. My hands are almost always stained with oil. We have a small team of technicians who are really good at what they do. We don’t really do any promotion. Most of our orders come from other factory owners in Peenya who know we can fix things. Sometimes we stay late when a customer has a machine down and they need a part made urgently. We just put on the lights and keep going until it is done. The Doddanna Estate can be a bit cramped for parking, but we make it work. We have a small office area to keep the drawings and the accounts, but most of the time I am out on the floor with the guys. It is just a regular workshop where we try to do decent work every day for our customers.
