We’ve been working out of our office here in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar for quite some time now. You can find us right near Ambedkar Medical College, it's a busy spot but we like it. Most days we are just busy keeping track of what's happening with the houses and land around this part of town. People come by when they are looking for a place to move into or if they have a bit of property they want to deal with. It isn’t anything fancy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just walking around the neighborhood checking things out. It gets pretty hectic some mornings when the traffic picks up near the college, but we’re used to it by now. We handle a lot of the paperwork that people usually find annoying. Sometimes things move fast and other times it takes a while to find the right fit for someone. We just try to keep things clear so nobody gets confused about the details. It’s mostly local folks coming in, though we get some new faces too. If you’re around this side of the city, you’ve probably seen our sign. We keep a few chairs in the office for when people want to sit and talk about their plans. We don’t have a big corporate team, just us here doing the daily work. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and we know the streets around here like the back of our hand. No big promises, just real estate work done day by day.
