We are located at number 993 on 3rd Main Road in Vidyaranyapura. It is a nice residential area and we have been part of this community for a long time. Our office is just a regular room where we keep all our files and meet with people from the neighborhood. Most of our day involves answering the phone and talking to folks who are thinking about moving. Vidyaranyapura is a large place, but we really focus on the streets we know best. The 3rd Main Road gets quite busy with people going to work and coming back, but we like the energy of it. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us who know the local landlords and the history of the buildings around here. Sometimes people just stop by to chat about how the property prices are going up or to ask about a certain plot of land they saw. We don't mind sharing what we know. There are no fancy presentations here, just some maps and a lot of local knowledge. We help with the basic stuff like finding a tenant or sorting out the sales agreement so nobody gets confused. It’s a bit of a slow process sometimes, but we like to take the time to get the details right. We’ve lived here and worked here long enough to know how things go, and we plan to stay for a while longer.
