Mrs Clements Academy

Mrs Clements Academy is over in Kasturi Nagar, at No 143 on 1st A Main Road. We are situated East of NGEF, and the easiest way to describe where we are is right behind the Gopalan Apartments. It’s a quiet residential area mostly, which is nice because there isn't too much noise from the main road. The academy is just a regular house that we use for teaching. We’ve got a few rooms set up with chairs and desks. The light is actually quite good in the mornings, which helps when we’re reading through things. Mrs Clements herself is usually around, keeping an eye on things and making sure everyone has what they need. We don't have a big reception area or anything fancy like that. There’s just a small space where people wait and a shelf full of old books and folders. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this part of Bangalore. We try to keep things organized, but with so many students coming and going, there’s always a bit of a mess with papers and pens. It’s a cozy place, really. We know most of the people who live around here, and it feels more like a home than a school most of the time. The gate is a bit heavy, so you have to push it hard.
