Indus School Of Leadership

Indus School Of Leadership is located on Attibele Road in the Sarjapur area. It’s a bit of a stretch from the main city, so things are a little quieter out here. Our campus isn't what you’d call a corporate retreat. It’s more of a practical space with some grass and trees where people can think. We have some basic buildings for classes and staying overnight. The road outside has gotten busier over the years as Sarjapur has grown, but once you get inside the gate, it feels more settled. We don't use a lot of fancy management jargon here. Instead, we just focus on activities and talking through problems. The staff stays in some of the smaller rooms on the property. We have a canteen that serves regular food—nothing gourmet, just stuff that keeps you going through the day. Sometimes the rain makes the paths a bit muddy, so we all keep a pair of old shoes handy. We spend a lot of time outside when the weather allows for it. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big PR department making us look shiny. It’s just us working with groups of people who want to figure out how to be better at what they do. We deal with the usual stuff like plumbing issues or keeping the grass cut. It’s a real place with real people doing their best every day.
