You can find Mott Mac Donald over at Flat No 7 on the 3rd Floor of the Cauvery Complex. We’re right on Gm Palya Main Road in Bangalore. It’s a decent spot, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up again. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and old monitors. We’ve been here for some time now and most of us know the security guards by name. The traffic on Gm Palya Main Road is always a bit of a mess, so we usually try to get in early. We do a lot of technical work, mostly involving drawings and reports that take a lot of focus. It isn't the kind of place with a fancy lobby or free snacks. We just have a kettle and some biscuits in the corner. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. We don't really do much in the way of marketing ourselves. Usually, people just hear about us through word of mouth or because they need something specific done in this part of Bangalore. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the day-to-day tasks. It’s just a group of regular people trying to do decent work. The view from the third floor isn't much, just the tops of other buildings and the road below. We just stay busy and go home when the work is done for the day. That is all.
