We’re based on Bull Temple Road in Basavanagudi, right on the second floor of building number 32. If you know the area, you know it’s a place with a lot of history and old trees. Our office is where we handle all our organic products and supplements. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for our staff to manage the orders and talk to people who come by. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the stock we have in the back. Working in Basavanagudi is nice because it feels a bit more traditional than the rest of the city. We have boxes of various items stacked up, and there’s usually a faint smell of herbs or dried plants in the air. The second floor keeps us a little away from the street noise, though you can still hear the buses passing by Bull Temple. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just some desks and shelves. Most of the work involves keeping track of what’s being shipped out and making sure the quality is what it should be. It’s a straightforward operation. We like being on this road because it’s easy for people to find us. Usually, it’s just the sound of keyboards and the occasional delivery guy coming up the stairs to pick up a package.
